Have you ever been passionate about something?

Say ‘yes’.

As fascinating human beings on this beautiful green earth, when head and heart align, sparks fly, and your focus is honed in on a new hobby, or sport, or person, that is a mysterious thing. Our souls are drawn to the art of the world, and believe it or not, we have been gifted with specific skills and talents that are crying out to be expressed, for the good of others.

If you’re lucky enough to have been enraptured by your passion or calling early on, then never take that for granted. Give it your all, day in and day out. Whether you’re an athlete, or a business-owner, or a writer, or a musician, or anything that kindles a fire of passion within, then give it your all, day in and day out. You have the ability to inspire many people to greatness.

But let’s be real for a second: in this imperfect life, dreams die by no fault of our own. Our energy drains quicker than before. Life may seem to steal opportunities and crush spirits. And sooner or later, some of us may begin to drink the tainted Kool-Aid that our ship has sailed.

False.
